Can I get admission at B.Com honors in any of the good colleges? I have scored 72% in commerce stream without maths.

Yes, you can get admission in B.Com honours course without mathematics. The maths involved in this course will be taught to you in classrooms. Don't worry about that. You can go for Delhi University, LPU or Amity University-Noida for the same.
