Hi, Yes, you can apply for any university of Graphic Era since it has 3 campuses i.e. deemed university, Hill University and Bhimtal campus. There are large number of courses that are offered by the university. They have different criteria for admission. First, you need to be sure which course you want to take admission.

Yes, you will get the admission according to your 12th scores. There is no compulsion for JEE here.
