Can I get admission at IET, Lucknow to pursue 2nd year B.Tech in civil engineering after appearing for UPSEE LEET exam?

I have scored 124 marks out of 300 in UPSEE. I have scored around 78% in Diploma.

If you have got a good rank in UPSEE then you can easily get it easily. By good rank, I mean rank less than 4000 for civil engineering.
