Can I get admission at NIT Hamirpur for BTech if my rank is between 25000 and 30000?

For last year, the closing rank for Integrated BTech.+M.Tech at Electronics and Communication Engineering was 25966 which is very close to this range. This was for general category under All India quota. Unless the candidate belongs to some other category or domicile, one cannot afford to score less
