Can I get admission at University of Hyderabad without an entrance exam?

<p>University of Hyderabad traditionally has entrance exams as a requirement for admission, either through CUET, GATE, CAT or its own entrance exam. But for admissions to PhD, candidates holding UGC-JRF, CSIR-JRF or NBHM fellowships are exempted from the written examination. Yet, an interview round is mandatory for the final selection. No regular degree programmes offer direct admission without any test.</p>
