Can I get admission based on my Diploma in CSE? Diploma holders are eligible or not?

Yes, you can get admission on the basis of Diploma but it will mainly depend on the entrance exam and interview and also on your Diploma score. So try for it. On Diploma basis many universities give direct admission in B.Tech second year.
