If you appear for National Examination Cum Entrance Test of Medical colleges, which in short form is called NEET examination, you can appear for NEET counselling and as per your rank you can get the best medical colleges of India.

Yes, if you have a good score in the NEET Entrance Exam then you can get admission into a good Government or private college by attending the NEET Counselling. But a good NEET score is mandatory to get allotted a good medical college.
