For lateral entry into RTMNU, the university will notify on its website. Keep an eye out for that. The Admission will be based on Centralized Admission Process.
Also there is notification on the official website detailing Admission and Enrollment procedure.
You can also get lateral admission into colleges affiliated with this university after completing diploma.

RTMNU offers lateral entry admission in the colleges. As you did not mention the name of the college, it is not possible to tell you exactly which college provides lateral entry. Most of the colleges under RTMNU provide lateral entry.
