Can I get admission directly in the 2nd-year?

Asked about Fergusson College - B.A. in Economics

I've completed my BA 1st-year from SNDT open university. Then due to some problems, I took a 2-years gap in my education. Now, I've decided to complete my BA, can you guide? Can I give admission in the 2nd year for regular basis or open university?
