Yes you can. You need to take the JEE mains paper 2 for admissions into colleges for B.Arch.

With a 50% of aggregate marks on PCM u can go for B.Arch. But, to get into any Architecture college,NATA Score is necessary, or u also can crack JEE MAINS B.ARCH (Paper II).

Well, it is one among my doubts, what does this JEE Mains paper-2 contains and also what does NATA contain?

yes of course you can get admission in b.arch after 12th. its a graduation degree.
