Can I get admission for B.Com here without giving any entrance exam? I have done my 12th (commerce) with 86%.

For most of the universities, the aggregate percentage required for admission is around 75%. Also, it depends on the college you want to get admission in. -
Hi!
One thing you have to note that competition is increasing at a greater rate. Of course, you scored good marks but, different colleges has to sort students to check whether you are eligible or not for their courses . All colleges firstly try to check your knowledge so, you have to prove your mettle in that entrance. Hope this helps.
