The JEE Mains cutoff marks vary every year. So, you should directly contact the college administration to know better if you're eligible or not. -
B.Tech engineers are now available everywhere so easily that companies start exploiting them. If you wish to dedicate your four years to B.Tech then you can add another year to your plan and drop. Score good next year and you will get into a good college and the degree won't be a piece of paper.
With 30 marks, I think you will be lucky if you get a good branch in Nirma University but still drop if there's an option.
