Yes, you can easily get admission in of the college and the most important thing is that if you get any IIT, then you must go for that no matter whichever it is.
  • Hello Mohammad,
You may refer the link below for the official opening and closing ranks for the counselling round 3:
    http://josaa.nic.in/Result/result/OpeningClosingRank.aspx
with this you may get an idea. since the counselling is held in 7 rounds, you may get an IIT.
For NITs, IIITs and GFTIs you have low chances only but with your home state ranks (colleges in your state), you may get a college.

    Hello Mohammad Asif,
First of all congrats for securing 4499 rank in JEE Advanced OBC category. With this rank, you have a good chance of getting an IIT as per your requirement. CSE is not possible in IIT-B, D and K.

Congratulations! You have scored well in JEE and your ranking is good, you have good chances of getting enrolled in the IIT but the branch allotted may not be of your choice, you may get your desired branch but the chances are less or you can go for NIT, there you may get branch as per your desire.
    Hope for the best.
    Cheers.
