Can I get admission for B.Tech if I fail in chemistry but overall passed?

I have studied physics, English, computer, maths and physical education.

No, unfortunately you can't do B.Tech without clearing your 12th Chemistry exam in order for admission. You need to give a compartment exam. If you qualify in that, you can directly get admission. Many colleges just take the admission on the basis that. You need to just qualify your 12th boards.
