no you cannot get govt colleges you can apply for private colleges

no bro. this time u can't get nit college. my personal advice is u should try again for jee exam.

You are eligible according to your JEE scores. There are great chances you will get an admission in the college. But, I think you should better hurry, as the admission process is about to finish.
