Can I get admission for B.Tech in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering in College of Engineering, Pune?

I scored 64% marks in class 12th, but in MHCET exam I got only 60 marks.

    Definitely not, you are asking for one of top government colleges in Maharashtra with just 60 marks. The cut off for electronics is above 170 in CET. So, don't think about it.
