Can I get admission for B.Tech in mechanical engineering in Germany after doing Diploma (10+3) in tool and die making?

Hello Tukaram Rajkiran, Universities or institutions abroad admit students for undergraduate courses after completion of minimum 12 years of schooling curriculum. As you have finished almost 13 years of your studies I am sure this minimum condition you have cleared. Here let me congratulation for keeping your aim high.
