    Dear friend,
    As per my research I think you are not eligible without the score.
    But there is a second option by the below process:
    First, call the admin/direct go there & tell that you didn't give JEE Mains, but you want to take admission, so what will I do? Request them.
    Then if they say no chance then ask about the management quota & the procedure.

    There is a way of getting admission in B.Tech in PUP-Patiala. One can take admission in through management quota i.e. Integrated course which is available for all streams in B.Tech. It's pretty expensive, but if you want admission without JEE rank then integrated course is the solution.
