Can I get admission for BA economics (without maths) at Jadavpur University?
I've been interested in taking BA economics for college but I don't have maths as a subject in class 12. I do have economics as a core subject and I'm good at it. Can I get admission in Jadavpur University or any other college in Kolkata for that?

No, you can't get admission to a BA in Economics at Jadavpur University without passing Mathematics or Applied Mathematics.

Admission to the B.A. in Economics programme at Jadavpur University requires candidates to have studied Mathematics or Applied Mathematics at the 10+2 level, if you have not studied Mathematics or Applied Mathematics in your higher secondary education, you would be ineligible for admission to this p
