Yes, why not! You can easily take admission in this stream without having mathematics in 12th.
One who has passed 10+2 with minimum 45% or more are eligible.

Unlike B.Tech, there is no compulsion for students to have Math or Science as compulsory subjects to take admission in BCA. An intermediate pass student in any stream is eligible to take admission in BCA.

It requires maths as most of the universities don't offer admission to non-maths candidates as basic maths is compulsory for the same but below universities/colleges don't consider maths as a compulsory subject to provide admission in BCA program like:
