Can I get admission for chemical engineering in any good NIT, especially in NIT, Rourkela? My JEE Mains rank is 39000.

    No, you won't get any good NIT and IIT. You may get seats in NIT-Mizoram, NIT-Sikkim, NIT-Manipur, NIT-Himachal, NIT-Tripura, NIT-Uttarakhand, NIT-Patna, NIT-Gujarat, NIT-Nagaland, etc.
