You will get CSE at Heritage easily, but you have low chances of getting CSE at IEM, Kolkata.

Suman di, please help me. I completed my first year of B.Tech from private engineering college, and want to do remaining three years of B.Tech from IIIT Hyderabad by lateral entry. I was given JEE Mains exam and score 256 marks. It's helpful to take admissions in IIIT, Hyderabad.
