Can I get admission for CSE in Jamia Hamdard University with 138 marks in JEE Mains?
Also, can I get Jamia Millia Islamia university or any other good college?

You may get Jamia, but the competition is too high. As you got only 138 marks, other candidates will also go for its counselling having greater marks than you, but you have an advantage as 50% seats are reserved for Muslims, so you have fair chances of getting admission. -
Yes, you can get because with this rank, you can even get CS in NITs.
In JHU, your chances are very high.
