Yes, you can. Getting an overall All India Rank is a bit tough I congratulate you. Check the below link to know the opening and closing ranks of NITs: josaa.nic.in

Hello Jyoti! Yes there are good chances for you to get NIT, Warangal with an all India rank of 1551. This year the official opening and closing ranks have not been released.
