Yes, you can. Getting an overall All India Rank is a bit tough I congratulate you. Check the below link to know the opening and closing ranks of NITs:

Yes there are good chances for you to get NIT, Warangal with an all India rank of 1551. This year the official opening and closing ranks have not been released.
So, refer the following link which gives you the opening and closing rank for the year 2016:

Your rank is good and I think it is enough to get NIT, Warangal
