With all India General Rank and without home state, you need at least 28 thousand rank and for other states, around 25 thousand rank to be able to get ECE. For EEE, around 32 thousand rank for home state and 28k for other states.

Well, closing rank for general category students is around 32000 - 35000. Still, you have a chance and can try till the last round.
