Can I get admission for engineering after taking class 12th improvement exam?
I have got 100 marks in JEE Mains.

Yes, why not all colleges accept improvement marks but they want this year's marks which means your previous year marks are not used for admission. Don't worry as you will get a good college. -
Make it sure that there are possibilities that they can ask you about 1 year gap between 10th and 12th.
