Can I get admission for engineering through lateral entry after completing Diploma from private institute?

Dear Bablu,
Yes, of course you can take admission in B.Tech through lateral entry. For that, you will have to appear in entrance exam that is LEET conducted by each state university & some deemed university also conducts their own entrance exam.
