    many university have without entrance test like Punjabi university which is base on merit list

    ya u can get admission in some of the colleges come under ipu with management quota.
    nd if u have clrd jee mains xam u r eligible to get state college or choose frm various nits

    yes you can get it by searching some renowed universities from your area . But these college won't be able to match ranking of IITs and other national universities which are prior demand of job offerer companies which undertook entrance test into condiration.
