Can I get admission for engineering without appearing for the entrance tests like IPU, JEE Advance, etc.?

yes you can get it by searching some renowed universities from your area . But these college won't be able to match ranking of IITs and other national universities which are prior demand of job offerer companies which undertook entrance test into condiration. good luck

There are very few colleges that provide admission in engineering based on 12th percentage , still you can try for some private colleges or through management quota seat.
