many university have without entrance test like Punjabi university which is base on merit list -
direct admission in many private colleges are available.u can check it out -
means dat It won't be much helpful huh

ya u can get admission in some of the colleges come under ipu with management quota.
nd if u have clrd jee mains xam u r eligible to get state college or choose frm various nits

yes you can get it by searching some renowed universities from your area . But these college won't be able to match ranking of IITs and other national universities which are prior demand of job offerer companies which undertook entrance test into condiration.

There are very few colleges that provide admission in engineering based on 12th percentage , still you can try for some private colleges or through management quota seat.
