Can I get admission for fashion designing after 12th? I have few backlogs in my 12th.

Admissions for the B.Sc. (Design - Fashion) programme are determined by your 12th-grade marks. If you have any backlogs, it means you have not successfully passed your 12th-grade exams. Hello Manisha,
Admissions are based on your marks of 12th. If you have backlogs then you have not passed 12th. If this is so then you can't get admission. First clear your backlogs with good marks and then seek admission.
