Can I get admission for interior designing? I have done 12th with 78.20% and got failed in 2 subjects, but will clear the same in July.

Yugal, most of the universities have started with admission process and it is going to end by July end or Aug.first week. If your result will be out in July, you definitely can apply for admission. Check with some universities for details.
