    Yes, you should get admission in M.Sc by IIT JAM conducted by IIT Kharagpur. From you will prepare for it and get a good score in JAM chemistry. U are eligible to IIT colleges in India and IIISC Bangalore and iiser. These institutions are given admission by IIT JAM only. IIT JAM books.
