Can I get admission for mechatronics in Thapar University? I have got 82 marks in JEE Mains 2017.

I am from Punjab and I belong to general category.

    If your schooling in +2 and +1 has been done from Punjab, you will fall under Punjab category which has 50% seats reserved in each branch. You might even get better branches than mechatronics like civil engineering, software engineering or even electrical engineering.
    You have a good chance.
