If other components of your profile are strong, then you have a chance. Otherwise, with your academics, it is difficult to get accepted at top Canadian universities.

Hi Onkar, chances are very less, you can check for Graduate Certificate or PG Diploma programs, many good colleges like Humber, Durham, and Seneca etc. MS admissions does not seem possible in Canada.
