You cannot do engineering without having PCM in you class 12th. Now, coming to you specific college as per the college's official website says that you must have mathematics in your class 12th. Hence, I request you to visit the official website for more clarity. -

As per the college website, they have mentioned in their brochure that the candidate applying must have passed class 12th with mathematics. So you won't be able to get admission into it.
You can try for some other good colleges as well because the options are a lot more.
