Can I get admission here for BA (H) in political science or B.Sc in chemistry?

I'm from Arunachal Pradesh & have passed 12th science with 59.4%, can I get admission here for the above-mentioned course?

It's indeed good to hear from you about your interest in studying further. IGNOU is of course the best university in the field of distance education. Please download the brochure cum application form. Read carefully the matrix of eligibility. I feel political science would be better.
