Can i get admission here on the basis of 12th marks without jee and mhcet?

No you can't get admission in mit-wpu based on 12th marks only but you can try at mit loni as they have their own entrance test.

it is sad to inform you but you cannot take admission in MIT based only on your 12th marks. better you can give the entrance test that MIT conducts every year even if you do not appear for JEE mains or mhcet,.
