Can I get admission here with 46% in B.Com (Hons.) and 86.55 percentile in MAT (Sept. 2016)? How will I get a call as I am from Kolkata.

50% grad is the cutoff. So i am afraid you are not eligible for admissions

Though your MAT score is good,I am sorry to inform you that you are not eligible because the minimum percentage required in graduation is 50% for admission. -
College requires average 50% marks in graduation. There is an exception for SC and ST candidates (these candidates can apply even of they have score 45% in graduation). Also college requires minimum 70-75 percentile marks in any entrance exam. One can apply through XIME official website.
