It is difficult to get admission in MMS with the percentile you scored because TIMSR's cut-off for MMS is 89-90 percentile.
However, you can try in PGDM. Give the GD-PI and if you perform well you might get admission for PGDM.

With 67.11, you cannot get in the open category because the cut-off for open is above 90 percentile, and if Hindi minority you can try, you can get in Hindi minority.
