Can I get admission? I have scored 96% in PCM and I got some sports certificate by Delhi government but I could not qualify for JEE mains.

    You can try for colleges except NIT, IIIT, IIT
    Many state level institutions admit students on 12th percentage and a separate entrance examination. You can try for that.
