Can I get admission if I have 65 marks in MHT CET and 88% in hsc board for CSE.

You might find it extremely difficult to find a good college if you are not blessed (I mean if you are an obc or some caste). It also depends on which stream do you wanna pursue. But my advice is to drop a year and study really hard as this phase of life won't come back again.
