Can I get admission if my BIT score is 200 and 12th percentages is 89%?

The score is too low to get a seat at BITS Pilani and its campuses at goa and Hyderabad. The minimum percentage in 12th should be 75% but it is not required for getting admission in this college.
The last year minimum cut-off was 290. So, this year, it is expected that the cut off will go higher. So you cannot get admission.
