Can I get admission in 2nd year architecture in a regular college after completing 1st year architecture by distance education?

I do not think you will be permitted to do so, as a lateral entry from a distance course to a regular course is not allowed, and moreover, I don't think it is even legal to do so. However, you can check with the admissions department of your institute if it is permitted.
