Can I get admission in 3rd year integrated B.Sc. B.Ed. at SPPU?

I am currently studying in 2nd year integrated B.Sc B.Ed course.

No, because it is necessary to do the whole year course from the same college. There is no chance to change the college in between.

I have also same doubt but my college work under the SPPU so can I change my college to SPPU.
