I don't think many colleges will have a lateral entry at third year for interior design. As there will be difference of syllabus in different universities. As the whole three year course depends upon a curriculum. I suggest you to complete your graduation first form the same university and then try other university for masters and other courses. Secondly, switching your college in between the course will ultimately bring about many new challenges and that too in the final year which is the most crucial year for you to prepare for jobs or masters.

Please do not get confused with Interior Decoration (Technical Area of learning) with any other course.
For design related course, you need to learn from the basics. Just having a degree won;t take you long in your career.
If you understand the concepts and learn well - you will be able to go very high in life / career.
No, you cannot take Lateral Entry in UG Design in any college in India.
