Can I get admission in a Canadian university to pursue M.A.Sc VLSI course?
I have scored 6.5 band in IELTS I have completed Masters in ECE without any specialization. I scored 61 percent marks in BE. I scored 73 percent marks in ME. My IELTS (overall) score is 6.5 (L-6.5 R-6 W-6 S-6.5).

First of all thank you for replying. My doubt is whether I will be eligible for pursuing Masters again since I have already completed it in India?
Will Canadian universities allow someone to study Masters again there?
