Can I get admission in a college affiliated to UPTU for B.Tech with 50% in physics and chemistry? Should I appear for improvement exam?

I failed in maths in HSC. I have scored 50% in physics and chemistry, 80% in English and 90% in Hindi. I have scored 28 marks in JEE Mains (OBC).

Yes, you will definitely get the admission through counselling in the private college at this score and marks.

Yes, you can get admission in B.Tech colleges under UPSEE at this score but only thorough UPSEE. You can't get direct admission at this score.
