Can I get admission in a college for B.Sc in horticulture? My cut-off is 184.

Dear, you didn't mention in what exam you got this score. As per the ICAR rules, there is a separate counselling for UG/PG and Ph.D. So, on the basis of obtained marks and rank, you will be called for counselling. And there you can opt for a better college.
