Can I get admission in a college for civil engineering in Mumbai with 62% in 12th and 63 marks in CET?

You will get only third rated college. C grade institute who does not have infrastructure and placement. You can earn a degree, but have to get job on your own. F
Few of the institutes are Saraswati Education Society's, Saraswati College of Engineering, Kharghar Navi Mumbai.
