Can I get admission in a college for MBBS under minority quota as I am a Muslim?
I have secured 287 marks in NEET and I live in Nagpur, Maharashtra. I am a muslim.

I am not sure if there are any religion based reservations at the national level in India. Still, see if your state provides it else it's not possible.
