Can I get admission in a college in Germany to pursue computer and technology course?

Hi Saheel,
To study in Germany you must complete another year of formal education since they require 13 years and not 12. You may enroll into a Bachelors degree and complete the first year. Find more information on DAAD:

By all means you must complete 13 years of education before applying to German universities.
